Purchase Process

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a purchase agreement via Docusign, which will allow you to review and sign the form electronically.

We will send the completed purchase agreement to Pro Land & Title, a title and escrow company in Mountain View, AR, to provide title insurance and handle the closing and transaction. 

The escrow service handles everything from there, including a title search and insurance, payment, and recording of the deed in your name. Payment typically happens via wire transfer for convenience and speed. On the closing date, the escrow company will ask you to wire them the remaining balance using their bank details. The funds will be dispersed to us once all closing documents are executed. 

The time between purchase and the closing date is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on your financing source.
