Purchase Process

If you are interested in purchasing the property, the first step is to put down a deposit by clicking the “buy now” button above. This deposit is non-refundable and indicates to us that you are serious about purchasing the property and moving forward with going under contract.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will remove the listing from the market and let other potential buyers know the property is no longer available. We will send you a purchase agreement via Docusign, which will allow you to review and sign the form electronically.

We will send the completed purchase agreement to an escrow service to begin the closing process.

The escrow service handles everything from there, including a title search and insurance, payment, and recording of the deed in your name. Payment typically happens via wire transfer for convenience and speed. On the closing date, the escrow company will ask you to wire them the remaining balance using their bank details. The funds will be dispersed to us once all closing documents are executed. 

The time between purchase and the closing date is typically 2-4 weeks.
